You, the ideal profile

We are looking for a person capable of managing their own customer accounts and their service providers-partners in complete autonomy (account manager / customer success manager type). He or she should have business, marketing and technical skills.

Training

As project become more and more complex and technical, it is a priori preferable to have polished the benches of an engineering, business / marketing or communication school .  techiescity

But we are open to all types of experienced profiles , even self-taught web users who are very customer-oriented and fascinated by the customer experience .

Experience and prerequisites:

             You already have least 3 years of experience (consultant / consultant / agency / advertiser) and have very good interpersonal skills. You are used to managing customers in B2B.

             You are comfortable with most digital marketing, sales, ticketing or project management tools: CMS, CRM, emailing tool, SEO tools, Google analitycs, Google TM, Datastudio ...

             You are "business" oriented and are a reliable and comfortable interlocutor in presentations and meetings with COMEX / CODIR leaders (marketing director, sales director, CIO, HRD, CEO or even CEO)

             You have your 1st level of Inbound Marketing certification (there are 30 ...) . If not yet, you must pass it here (free) before applying .

             You have a global vision of a company's marketing and sales issues: from acquisition to recommendation, including the sales process.

The advantages that make the difference

             Ideally, you are already familiar with  HubSpot , our daily work tool. A definite asset.

             You have worked in complex environments (SAAS, CRM ...)

             CRM or marketing automation experience (SalesForce, Pardot, Marketing cloud, Marketo or Dynamics) is highly appreciated. Even more if you are able to write specifications or model data flows (mapping, API, web service, JSon, API Rest ... are familiar without being a crack of the code, node.js and his cousins)

             You have a strong web culture   (SEO, blog ...) and a capacity for synthesis and analysis (KPI)

             Oh my God ! The continuing education we offer through HubSpot (and others) are in original version, just like in the series you probably stream.

             You are closely or remotely attached to Reunion . Good ?

Your Mission: 40% strategy, 40% advice and 20% operations

The position is based in Saint-Denis (Reunion Island) with the possibility of working in a home office. You work for our clients but also for our agency. 

             You have, depending on your profile, an operational onboarding of 4 to 8 weeks to fully understand the tools and understand our processes

             At the end of this period, we entrust you with the responsibility of one or more customer accounts, one or more service providers / partners

             You participate in the definition of the objectives, challenges and digital strategy  of your customers and are the guarantor of its success

             You work in close relation with the teams of the OPS pole which is in charge of carrying out the creation of automated scenarios, segmented lists, emailing, landing page, call-to-action, form, tactical ads ...

             Data: you analyze  the results of your actions and are a source of proposals to improve KPIs and achieve the objectives set with the client

             You free up time in your schedule to train yourself and stay on top of the latest sales and marketing developments

             You are required to train our clients' teams

             You will participate in the marketing of the agency (participation in a webinar, writing a blog article ....)

             You actively contribute to the sales and marketing transformation of the agency's clients.
